Refund Policy

All services, treatments, coaching sessions, workshops, and group offerings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
 

Bookings for workshops, courses, and group sessions are binding. Once registered, the full amount is due and refunds are not available if you are unable to attend.
 

Individual treatments or private sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total fee. No-shows may be charged the full amount.
 

If a session or workshop is cancelled by the provider, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
