In your private session, I combine multiple modalities to create a holistic experience: - Breathwork (Pranayama): Restore calm, release tension, and bring clarity and focus. - Asanas (Yoga Poses): Chosen specifically to release blockages, build strength, increase flexibility, and restore balance. - Chakra Reading & Alignment: Identify where energy may be stuck and guide it back into flow, supporting physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. - Sound Healing: Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments help relax, release, and harmonize your energy. - Other Yoga Forms & Techniques: Depending on your needs, I may integrate restorative yoga, gentle flow, yin, or other styles to best support your healing and growth.
